Brake and Shear Work - Our shear is capable of cutting up to ¼" steel plate 10' long, and 3/8" aluminum plate 10' long, our press is capable of forming 3/8" steel plate, 10' long and ½" steel plate up to 8' long.
Drilling, Punching and Rolling – We are capable of drilling or punching materials such as round, square, rectangle and oblong. We are capable of rolling light gauge steel sheet up to 4’ wide.
Duck Welding has mobile units for doing on-site welding. We can do repairs or new applications at your location including aluminum Tig and Mig welding.
Custom Jobs
Duck Welding has the capability of building prototypes for new projects. We work with our customers to make their designs operational and workable so that specifications can be obtained. Drawings are preferred but not a necessity. We use Design Cad to make drawings from customer's specifications to help in the manufacturing of their product. Repair work is one of our specialties.
